Pathway To Phoenix

Pathway to Phoenix: Reclaiming Mental Well-being After Suicidal Thoughts is a 12-step (12-week) program designed to provide transformative support for individuals who have experienced suicidal thoughts and attempts. Developed by the Serene Foundation this program aims to help participants reclaim their mental well-being, rediscover their life's purpose, and cultivate resilience in the face of adversity.

Program Goals

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, suicide rates have been on the rise. From 2015 to 2019, there were approximately 15.6 suicides per 100,000 residents, with a higher rate among individuals aged 25-44 (22.7 per 100,000).

 

Suicide is the11th leading cause of death in the US

In 2022, there were an estimated 1.6M suicide attempts
