Our Founder/CEO

Dr. Shamarah Hutchins has a rich history in nonprofit work and compliance. Her journey began as the Director of Operations for a local nonprofit in Columbus, Ohio, where she participated in DODD audits and achieved JCAHO and CARF accreditations. In 2015, Dr. Hutchins relocated to Cleveland, Ohio, and continued her compliance work with the YMCA, focusing on Y-Haven and mental health services. By 2016, she advanced to Vice-President of a mental health agency specializing in substance use therapy, where she honed her skills in grant writing and managed an $8 million operation. As Vice-President, she also served as the compliance officer for the organization. 

Dr. Hutchins is actively involved in several advisory boards in the Cleveland area. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Warrensville Developmental Centers and holds the position of Programming Chair for the TJ Carrie Foundation Advisory Board. Additionally, she is the treasurer for the Allergy Matters Nonprofit, President for Stiletto Boss Foundation.

A Cleveland native, Dr. Hutchins graduated from Cleveland Heights High School and earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Wilberforce University. She recently obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Walden University.
